Material Narrative
The material PLA comes from corn, cassava, sugarcane or sugar beet pulp. It can be recycled and under industrial composting conditions it´s biodegradable. PLA is an exciting raw material under the circumstances that it can decompose better in nature in contrast to plastic.

I use PLA as a coating for steel as protection against oxidation also known as rust.
